Li Simon is Global Sales Director at FISBA where her priority is to promote awareness and performance of the company in Europe, the United States and Asia.

Li oversees FISBA’s international sales and marketing & communications teams and is responsible for export regulations and order fulfilment processes. One of her main challenges is developing FISBA’s targets outside our Switzerland home base, which includes leading sales, marketing and communications for global market penetration.

Ensuring high levels of responsiveness in the future is highly demanding in our competitive environment, but working with people from different cultures on different continents is what Li says makes her job interesting and appealing. Li knows how to provide an exceptional customer experience. In the past she has managed customer service on several key accounts and has received an MBA degree in Business from the University of St. Gallen.
