FISBA Bulgaria is part of the international FISBA Group. In Parvomay, we are building a specialised manufacturing site for precision optical components and assemblies. Our work supports demanding medical-technology applications. This requires care, technical understanding and a consistent focus on quality.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026. Production is planned to start in the fourth quarter of 2027, with an initial team of approximately 80 employees. The site will grow step by step. This gives new colleagues the opportunity to help establish processes, teams and quality standards from the beginning.
We are looking for people who want to help build a new team and develop their skills in an international company with long-standing experience in optics and photonics.
FISBA Bulgaria is part of FISBA, an international partner for customised optical and photonic solutions. Across the Group, engineering and manufacturing teams work on optical components, assemblies and systems for demanding applications

Who We are Looking for
As FISBA Bulgaria grows, we will recruit people with different backgrounds and levels of experience. Previous experience in optics is not required for every role. Technical interest, a careful way of working and a willingness to learn are equally important.
