Nicole Flepp has been working for the FISBA human resources since April 2018. Since summer 2019 she's additionally responsible for the apprentices.
Nicole coordinates administrative and organizational subjects between vocational trainer, apprentices, parents and offices. In four apprenticeships, around 30 apprentices are trained as skilled workers by their respective vocational trainers and supervisors. With a broad and well-founded basic education, FISBA would like to optimally prepare young talents for today's fast-paced world.
