Yoyo Xu joined FISBA China in June 2020. In her role as Principal Sales Manager, she bridges the gap between Sales Operations and Supply Chain Management to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

She oversees the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and quotation to final delivery, utilizing advanced CRM and SAP systems to drive data-driven decision-making. Yoyo is an expert in aligning production schedules with customer demand, implementing smart inventory strategies like Just-In-Time (JIT) to maintain high service levels and rapid response times within the Chinese market.

With a degree in Human Resources Management and years of cross-functional experience, Yoyo excels at stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration. She views Sales Operations as a strategic driver of growth, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction through structured, efficient, and local processes.
