General Terms of Procurement

These General Terms of Procurement govern the procurement relationship (negotiation, conclusion, content and processing of contracts) between FISBA AG (FISBA) and its suppliers. They apply irrespective of the type of contract, i.e. regardless of whether FISBA enters into a contract with the supplier for, e.g., purchase, work or contracts not falling under a specific classification.
